Best experinds down! Great customer service, fair pricing and great work. Can't get better than that. I went in for an oil change, I have a volkswagen tiguan (German car). Many places quoted me so much because of the type of oil my car required. I called around to serval different places to get quotes prior to going. Made an appointment for a brake inspection and they do a whole diagnostic check and send you updates along the way. Affordable as well and didn't try to sell me on anything else. I chose to wait there, they have snacks and drinks. I wish I remembered the guys name at the desk but he was really nice as well. For inspection and getting brakes fixed it was about 3 hours and they took off the cost for the inspection!

I was helped by Edison and Joe and other techs. They were so helpful. They ran so many tests and they were in depth. I really liked their UI and their updates. Way better and cheaper and friendlier than the Toyota dealerships.

This is no longer Kenely. In over 20 years with Kenely I was never hit with a diagnostic charge when having them do the repair work. "Stress-Free " auto charged $205 to confirm that my starter needed to be replaced. At the shop rate of $205 an hour they claimed it took an hour to confirm my starter was the problem. This ranges from either gross incompetence to outright thievery.

If there was a misunderstanding, I apologize, but that is the diagnostic fee for any vehicle with a concern. We do take our time to make it right and on your particular vehicle we removed the bell housing cover to inspect the flywheel and make sure there wasn't any damage to it from when the starter failed. Stress-Free did an excellent job with my daughter's 2005 Toyota Corolla. It needed new brake pads and rotors, plus they were able to find the sources of fluid leakage underneath the vehicle, especially the transmission fluid leak and the seal behind the oil pan. Since they hadn't found it initially, the seal, they did not charge us extra when they discovered it on the second inspection of the vehicle before it was ready to come back to us. Thanks!
Had some major work done by the former auto care by kenely Was very shocked and concerned when the place was sold to Stress-free auto. We'll let me say, worried for nothing. Charles and the new crew are continuing the great customer service. You get updates while vehicle is worked on. They are fast and courteous. I had used Autocare by Kenely for years and will continue. Welcome to the community, and I wish you many more years of good business.
My shop for years was this same location known as auto care by Kenely! I was a little skeptical about trying a new shop just because it occupied the same location. After doing a brake inspection on my 4runner they let me know the rear brakes needed rotors and pads, the front was just fine. Seems like a honest shop from my first visit. They almost over communicate while repairing your car! I will take service every day over a shop that just can't seem to communicate with the customer. Give them a try!
