This is no longer Kenely. In over 20 years with Kenely I was never hit with a diagnostic charge when having them do the repair work. "Stress-Free " auto charged $205 to confirm that my starter needed to be replaced. At the shop rate of $205 an hour they claimed it took an hour to confirm my starter was the problem. This ranges from either gross incompetence to outright thievery.

Stress-Free did an excellent job with my daughter's 2005 Toyota Corolla. It needed new brake pads and rotors, plus they were able to find the sources of fluid leakage underneath the vehicle, especially the transmission fluid leak and the seal behind the oil pan. Since they hadn't found it initially, the seal, they did not charge us extra when they discovered it on the second inspection of the vehicle before it was ready to come back to us. Thanks!

Had some major work done by the former auto care by kenely Was very shocked and concerned when the place was sold to Stress-free auto. We'll let me say, worried for nothing. Charles and the new crew are continuing the great customer service. You get updates while vehicle is worked on. They are fast and courteous. I had used Autocare by Kenely for years and will continue. Welcome to the community, and I wish you many more years of good business.

My shop for years was this same location known as auto care by Kenely! I was a little skeptical about trying a new shop just because it occupied the same location. After doing a brake inspection on my 4runner they let me know the rear brakes needed rotors and pads, the front was just fine. Seems like a honest shop from my first visit. They almost over communicate while repairing your car! I will take service every day over a shop that just can't seem to communicate with the customer. Give them a try! We have used these guys for both of our cars. If I would've known how good they were, I would've gone to them along time ago. They're always willing to answer questions when you're not sure about some thing. They get the work done quickly and efficiently. They are honest and their prices are fair I highly recommend these guys, we have never had a problem with any of the work they have done. We have have gone to them for basic services like an oil change to a major warrantee repair.

Highly recommended. Especially if you have a classic car. They cost a little more than some other places. But they do it right and guarentee their work, no questions asked. To me, Id rather pay a little more and have a first rate job. If you're looking to save money and go the cheap route, there are other places for that. Warning, I did that and the reason why I ended up at Kenely is because I need them to fix someone elses crappy work. So there you go, it cost more in the long run. I'm so glad Hector at the Folsom Blvd Chrysler dealership was such a jerk. Second bad experience there. I cancelled my appointment, got the a/c compressor replaced at Kenely the next day & saved $700! Awesome shop, manners, staff, value & a ride to boot. So glad they were recommended to me. Two thumbs up!
