Brought my car in for a brake and lamp inspection. The mechanic named Dana broke my e-brake handle and the man at the counter tried to blame it on me. Dana also only removed one tire for the brake inspection and didnt even screw the lugnuts back on. My wheel almost fell off while i was driving. I had to pull over and tighten them myself. Paid $173 to get my car back in worse condition than when i brought it in. Horrible service.
There is an angel there. I don't know his name, but not only did he get everything fixed he put a full tank of gas in my car because he knew i didn't have money for it. He made miracles happen. I am grateful and humbled. There are good people out there charlie brown. please give them your service.
Kenely is honest, reliable and has fair prices. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust and that doesn't price gauge you. The best way I can describe is Kenely's is like when I'd take my car to my dad's to get fixed. I feel safe and we'll take care of.
Again, I had to take my car to Kenely's for a repair to fix someone else's negligence. While i know anything can happen at anytime to a car engine, brake system or anything due to age of the car and/or wear and tear - I always end up having to take the car in after I have had an oil change or service somewhere other than Kenely. I have used Kenely for 12 years without and issue until the last time I went there. I was taking a road trip across the country and wanted everything checked and the tires rotated and balanced. I also had an unusual clunk that only happened when starting out from a stop. I told Eric that it was on the front drivers side and asked him to test drive and let me know what he thought. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Randi, the owner, has had the shop since 1982. Moved to the current location in 1996. Talk about experience!
*ATTENTION DIESEL TRUCK OWNERS* this shop does not have a no pass no pay policy. I have a diesel truck which passed smog at 92K miles. Same truck (equipped same) will less than 4K additional miles, not only failed but is now recorded at DMV. ( I have both test to prove it) And this is done by the same shop. They could of gave me a heads up? The "smoke" test is only a visual without a recording of particulates or ppm. As a California Star Certified Emissions station, it is our responsibility to ensure every vehicle conforms to State regulations. Massive shop, very nice and did a great job. Did everything they said they would and on time.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been doing business with this place for 10 years now, but from now on I will take my buisiness elsewhere. I took my 96 Jeep GRAND CHEROKEE in for a smog test. After the test was done, I was told, my Jeep failed smog because their computer could not comunicate with my jeep. They then charged me full price, $65.00 for a service they couldn't preform.
