Great place to get your automobile serviced. They are so helpful and get the job done. They have serviced my automobiles for years I would never go any where else. They are very knowledgeable.

I've been using Tires Unlimited for years. They get my oil changed; tires rotated and complete inspection of fluids, suspension and brakes in just over an hour. Gean is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I leave there, I know what I need to know about my vehicles condition.

Great service and turn around but cost was high for the repair needed. The reps I spoke to on the phone were great but I think they should have cut me a deal for the install of the part which based on their text messages took 20 minutes so not only did I get charged for the diagnostics but also full pop for the labor. Not stress free cost wise.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your vehicles perceived repair time. Once you gave authorization for the repair, the technician removed the faulty part. He then waited for the new part, installed it once it arrived. The service writer updated the text link when he saw the technician leave the parking lot for the final test drive. Once back on the lot the technician grabbed his scan tool and rechecked for anymore faults. The text you received is not the actual time the technician spent on your car. Tires Unlimited was able to see me with in 30 minutes of realizing that I had run over a bolt and needed my tire patched. I dropped my car off and had it back in two hours, happy that they could squeeze the job into their schedule. Highly recommend.

Came here over the weekend because I had flat tire. While they couldn't take me in the same day, they ordered the tire and it was ready first thing the next morning. They gave us a price and double checked that we were ok with it. Everyone we interacted with provided great customer service. The next morning we were in and out, in about 20min.
