Lives up to the name. Made an appointment online for a weekend and was told up front that because of how busy it was my estimated time would be about X. Great! I killed some time around the area so I only had to wait a little bit after I came back because of his accuracy. The report they send you is to-the-point and easy to understand. Prices are transparent. Very stress free.

Took my Subaru for oil change and their multi point digital inspection found a few other things they brought to my attention. Brian in the office was very polite and pleasant and I'll definitely return for other maintenance to be done in the future.

Walkin appointment/service was supper efficient and pleasant . Quote was spot on and reasonable , left my flat tire with them, it got fixed in 45 mins, received a call back from them saying its ready.. Visited the service center, the technician put it back in 10mins.. Great service highly recommended

I got a nail in my tire. The guy there lied to me about the tread depth remaining on the other tires (I had measured them first with a caliper), and when I asked him to see his tread depth gauge measurement, he wouldn't show me, just laughed at me and told me the tires needed to be replaced. Tires were not cleaned and looked gross and covered with lube when I got the car back. The price was reasonable though. Make sure you do your own measurements if you're going to come here.

I was headed to work after a week's vacation when I heard a strange noise. It was a huge wood screw in my tire. I used to take my older car to Tires Unlimited on Stevens Creek before I bought a new car from the Toyota dealership. The first call I made was to the dealership, but I really needed to get to work ASAP. I found a nail on my tire and went to Tires Unlimited for fix. They inspected according to their check sheet then found that was just a small rock and not a nail at all. They generously did not charge me at all. So it turned out to be a free car inspection for me. Thanks Tires Unlimited. I'll definitely use you guys for the next time.
