Brought my Tiguan in to get a tire rotation after getting some check engine light work done at the VW dealership. Asked them if they could also do a diagnostic to check on a line item the dealer recommended. Service was quick and they took a look at the other critical issue and said that there was nothing to be concerned about there, however they did notice my brake fluid had high water content percentage which I asked them to take care of. Gene and the team are amazing. My car unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed in. Even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment they were prompt in assessing my car. Gene was straightforward, answered all my questions, and was super helpful even when I decided not to proceed with the repair. 100% recommend!

I've been going to Tires Unlimited for a few years now. I'm a regular for my oil and tire rotations. They always do their 21/23? point inspection. They let me know a couple appts ago that my rear brakes were getting low. That gave me time to plan for the service. I really appreciated that. I love how they text you as the process goes and keeps you updated. There is even a camera you can log into and watch them service your car.
