They made the stress that comes with car issues very minimal. Overall they made everything very easy....booking, waiting in the lounge area, paying, etc. It was great!

Great service and reasonable prices too. Purchased what I needed on line and made an appointment. Actually got called to come in early and only waited five minutes to be served. I was out the door with new tires in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommended

Exceptionally clear, helpful, and timely service. Car was a losing tire pressure and when I took it in, Brian was quick to articulate how the team would approach the diagnosis and treatment, including all of the possibilities and timelines. This helped me make an informed decision on when to bring the car in and orchestrate the rest of my life duties around it. They were communicator, making it very easy for me to know when the car was ready for pick up. Highly recommend!

I brought my new to me 2014 BMW 535i in for Air Conditioning Service because of no cold air. I was advised by Gene that the Evaporator was leaking and the AC Compressor and System is not engaging. I was quoted around $5500 to fix this problem which included removing the dashboard and replacing the leaky Evaporator and recharge. Gene even reached out to my Extended Warranty company to cover the repair, but the Evap wasn't covered under my plan. So, what to do? I need Air Conditioning. We provided transmission fuid for scion FRS, but they charged labor to only drain and fill in fluid $214. That is not what they said $221 per car including their own transmission fluid. They also got 8 quarts our fluid for the car required around 5 quarts. They did not even change the gasket that we brought in. I found them on Yelp with almost 5 stars, really, unbelievable. I should not trust yelp either. Do not trust what they said.

We went out and looked in your trunk and explained through your interpreter you provided more than double the total capacity of your transmission requirements. We cannot use all that fluid. We also explained through your interpreter that the pan gasket was unnecessary for your car, it was not equipped with a transmission filter. I had an excellent experience working with Gene at stress free auto. Honest, forthright, timely and budget friendly. I will strongly reccomend them for all your auto care needs. And I already went to them twice this week and will only be going to them going forward for taking care of my car.

Had a flat tire and this shop fixed it in a short time. They have a reserved area with snacks and beverages while we waited so my family was comfortable. Service was friendly and helpful.
