Name of the business says it all! I trust Stress Free Auto with all my car needs. They are careful, communicative, and most importantly, HONEST about what's going on with your vehicle. They're a little higher priced than I'd like, but the work they do, and the timeframe they do things in is well worth it. I keep going back because they keep being great! I've been going to Tires Unlimited for a few years now. I'm a regular for my oil and tire rotations. They always do their 21/23? point inspection. They let me know a couple appts ago that my rear brakes were getting low. That gave me time to plan for the service. I really appreciated that. I love how they text you as the process goes and keeps you updated. There is even a camera you can log into and watch them service your car. Lives up to the name. Made an appointment online for a weekend and was told up front that because of how busy it was my estimated time would be about X. Great! I killed some time around the area so I only had to wait a little bit after I came back because of his accuracy. The report they send you is to-the-point and easy to understand. Prices are transparent. Very stress free.

Took my Subaru for oil change and their multi point digital inspection found a few other things they brought to my attention. Brian in the office was very polite and pleasant and I'll definitely return for other maintenance to be done in the future.

Walkin appointment/service was supper efficient and pleasant . Quote was spot on and reasonable , left my flat tire with them, it got fixed in 45 mins, received a call back from them saying its ready.. Visited the service center, the technician put it back in 10mins.. Great service highly recommended

I got a nail in my tire. The guy there lied to me about the tread depth remaining on the other tires (I had measured them first with a caliper), and when I asked him to see his tread depth gauge measurement, he wouldn't show me, just laughed at me and told me the tires needed to be replaced. Tires were not cleaned and looked gross and covered with lube when I got the car back. The price was reasonable though. Make sure you do your own measurements if you're going to come here.

I was headed to work after a week's vacation when I heard a strange noise. It was a huge wood screw in my tire. I used to take my older car to Tires Unlimited on Stevens Creek before I bought a new car from the Toyota dealership. The first call I made was to the dealership, but I really needed to get to work ASAP.
