This business is top notch. The included thorough inspection picked up an important safety issue another mechanic completely missed. Everything about the process is completely transparent. The staff are very knowledgeable and honest. I don't typically leave reviews, especially five star ones, but literally everything about the experience was above and beyond. Seriously, their waiting area even smells nice. I definitely recommend this business.

I feel really comfortable coming here to get anything done. Heard my brakes squeaking and took it in for a check. They were honest and said my brakes were still good. Love that there is a free multipoint inspection as well. The process is always solid because they text you with updates and you can see your car on a camera. Would definitely recommend!

I did not rush to write this review because I wanted to confirm the mechanical issues that were not identified during my visit. I came in for engine noise and a developing steering problem, but the complimentary inspection with the suggested oil change did not address my concerns, and I eventually had to go to another mechanic. --- I brought my car to the Stevens Creek shop because the engine noise was noticeable during cold starts and the steering felt off.
