Very great service and took great care of my Tacoma. Communicated well, friendly staff and did my tires as well. Great to get all your automotive services including tires done.

Great experience at Stress-Free Auto Care in San Jose. I went in for a leaky tire, and they were very helpful and provided clear and precise information. They were able to get a new set of tire ready on the same day.

I came here because of the dreaded service engine light on my car. The staff is very friendly, and I really like how they give you status updates and a full report with pictures on what they find when inspecting your car along with recommendations on what is urgent and what is optional. The only hiccup was that some time during the service, someone or something made a small ding on the side of my car door. Reason for 2* (downgraded to 1 star after owner response) I called to get a quote for battery replacement. I was given a price of battery + labor for total around 239. I was originally quoted 220 from dealer but they were unable to get me in until Saturday so, given the quote I got from my call, I went ahead and scheduled with stress free auto. Confirming review. 2 weeks later no call from the manager. I came in today to have it fixed, no refund. Bad service and questionable expertise. Don't go there.
Scheduled for a wheel alignment but had to reschedule my appointment since Brian mentioned that their best person for Porsche alignment was out sick. I appreciated the transparency. Completed job, though it was slightly behind schedule. It was great that Brian kept me informed. They provided a thorough report of the alignment, in addition to the free multi-point inspection.
