I'm extremely satisfied with my first experience here and the excellent customer service from Colin. I initially came in for a battery replacement, but they informed me that my batteries were still in good condition and the system just needed reprogramming. Grant and his team provided me with timely updates during my car's stay @ Stress-Free Auto. I also appreciated the very clear quote with potential impacts to my car which allowed me to prioritize must fix now vs later. I felt very comfortable and informed. Rip off! Charged me $30 dollars for labor and didn't even fix the problem. Don't waste your time here. They just suck your money and don't help.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment online, and I received $10.00 off my service by scheduling online! The guys at the desk are always so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Colin, he's been there since I've been going there, about 3 years now. The service is great, and they never try to upcharge or add unnecessary service. The first time I brought my Dads car in for a repair was at stress-free auto care in Mission Viejo on the first day they opened! He was no longer able to drive and he wanted me to have his car. I promised to keep it in good shape. My Dad always took such good care of his car. He has since passed and it's so hard to find good people that do the right thing. First time using Stress-free auto care and super happy with the service. Booking, inspection, payment and check out were easy and transparent.... And I loved that most of it could be done online and/or via text. Will definitely use their services again.

I own a 2003 Me/Be with 40,400 mile and as cars age things happen I brough the car to Me/be the quoted me over $8000. I have used stress free before took the car to them cost was 1/2 the did a better job I trust them Great work at a price that makes sense. I will refer them to friends and family Customer service was great on extra charge for credit card use I work in the auto business and trust stress free joel p

Great service from start to finish. Had my alternator go bad at the worst possible time and they were able to take my car in on a Sunday and get it fixed within a few hours. Very transparent and fair.
