The shop is clean, professional and very knowledgeable and efficient. My brakes began squeaking unexpectedly and I found myself in the difficult position of a big and critical repair at an inconvenient time budget-wise. I was offered interest free financing for 90-days as well as a credit of the inspection fee to future repair within 30 days. I really appreciated the friendliness, professionalism and care shown by Grant and Jack. The shop really went the extra mile to address my needs.

I'm extremely satisfied with my first experience here and the excellent customer service from Colin. I initially came in for a battery replacement, but they informed me that my batteries were still in good condition and the system just needed reprogramming. Rip off! Charged me $30 dollars for labor and didn't even fix the problem. Don't waste your time here. They just suck your money and don't help.
It was so easy to schedule an appointment online, and I received $10.00 off my service by scheduling online! The guys at the desk are always so friendly and helpful. The first time I brought my Dads car in for a repair was at stress-free auto care in Mission Viejo on the first day they opened! He was no longer able to drive and he wanted me to have his car.
