I own a 2003 Me/Be with 40,400 mile and as cars age things happen I brough the car to Me/be the quoted me over $8000. I have used stress free before took the car to them cost was 1/2 the did a better job I trust them Great work at a price that makes sense. Great service from start to finish. Had my alternator go bad at the worst possible time and they were able to take my car in on a Sunday and get it fixed within a few hours. Very transparent and fair.
I have been to Stress-Free 3 or 4 times and each time was an excellent experience. I did start going when they were Neighborhood before they changed names. However, it's the same friendly and efficient service. The best thing I like about them is they don't try to sell you on things your car doesn't need. 1.5 years ago Toyota said I needed new tires. I still have the same tires, in fact stress-free just rotated them for 20 bucks, and I prob have another 10k to go! Toyota also tries to sell me other filters and items I didn't... read more

Can't believe they could get all that done on Sunday and they were happy about it. It's a very professional clean informative place at reasonable prices. I will always take my car there and recommend it to everybody else. I just wish I could give more than five stars !
Very modern and transparent process. Although this business has changed hands, I was very happy to see familiar faces such as Colin at The advisory desk. Not only do they send you updates, but they send actual photos of what they find. I will definitely continue to patronize this business.
Had oil leaking from my BMW & showed up with no appointment. They took me right away. Scott worked on car walked me through all repairs needed in a way I understood. In the end I walked out paying way less than expected & No Pressure, stress free. Love driving my car! Ask for Scott- he's fantastic!
The level of service I receive from the team has been exceptional. The team there is always pleasant and communicative. I highly recommend them.
Customer service was great and everything was clear and concise. The guy upfront working had an answer for everything I had questions on and the service was updated consistently.
