I had a great experience at this auto shop! Grant was accommodating. The service was impressively fast, and more importantly, completely honest. It's refreshing to deal with a team that doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs and takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with your vehicle. The added bonus? A clean and well-stocked coffee and snack bar that made the short wait even more comfortable. I had a brake job done several months ago and had some issues with squealing. Stress Free Auto and the brake pad manufacturer stood behind their work and product and resolved the issue. That kind of service will keep me as a customer.
