while buying a different home is very important. Doing your everyday day job is expected by one's employer. Whether it takes 8 or more hours it is part of the job. Phone calls during one's work day can be very disruptive and stressful. A little consideration for the working individual would go a long way. All individuals involved were patient.

Nothing was mentioned about a $4k+ prepaid mortgage insurance in any of our conversations nor in the email which contained the "numbers", nor was it in the initial loan disclosure document. It showed up in the 2nd and last ones, but at a lower amount, and I had been hit with so much vagueness and ambiguity by the buying process that I didn't notice it until closing. Also, at closing, the loan disclosure document's numbers did not match what the title company had. There were other things too.
