This was our second time using The Crawford Team. The level of communications was minimal and the length of time to close was 2 months. We were not informed that closing was taking longer than normal, until after we reached out after not hearing from anyone in over two weeks.

Everything was pretty good, but the communication just dropped off after the first half of the process. Everyone was very nice and helpful when we were in communication, though!

There were several times I had to follow up to find out the status after not hearing for a week or a few days later after I’d be told something would be done tomorrow and wasn’t. We’ve used you guys in the past and had great experiences but this time was really “just ok”. I’m sure once things slow down, service will come back up to the level I’ve experienced in the past.

Stuart is very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the rates and process. My frustration is with the lack of communication after this. Unexpectedly I received contact from the title company and the appraiser wanting to come out same day. I wished VIP would have given me a heads up they would be in contact. Also I was told my ex husband would not have to sign anything, but he did, which was added frustration since it needed to be done with short notice.

Your team is well aware of the myriad of problems encountered and noted by the responses to this survey. I don't think they need to be repeated here. \n\nNow that you've sold my loan within weeks of finalizing it, I understand now that you simply push the customer into putting as much cash up front as possible, and closing a loan with the lowest LTV you can get to sell it off and make further profit.\n\nYou are not acting in the best interest of the customer.

I've used VIP's services for my last traditional mortgage transaction & they were great. This time was quite different because my sale & purchase were through a large residential buying firm, however VIP helped me to navigate the rather confusing process.....& I believe it might have been a bit confusing for them as well......but all went as smoothly as possible. VIP always communicated promptly & was very helpful & efficient. I would use VIP again.
