Worst apartment complex ever. My first roommates there were drug dealers, had an illegal resident and an illegal dog, the illegal resident had a criminal record and even after almost 20 complaints and me calling the police multiple times they did nothing even though they broke into my room, would break my stuff, stole my credit card, and made multiple copies of the keys to give out to people. This place is awful I have been trying to get my lease taken over and finally found someone and SQ won't let her sign electronically when she doesn't live here and her parents don't live here. She offered to pay extra rent and they are making her have a cosigner because of income when they didn't even check that with me. This place is unorganized and unprofessional I don't recommend it.

do here have minus star? i wouldn't want to write review because i already left, but its still too much. when i move out i gave other person my over list. office own my two months deposit but i waited a year!!! then when i got check... they cost $1xx clean fee from my check. Do not want to deal with them anymore. Even I'm not english nature speaker, one time i try to ask office help. I didn't have a terrible experience here. Rent was reasonable. I mostly got along with my roommates. But I don't believe it should take over 4 months to get a refund check delivered to the same city. I haven't gotten any new information in over a month and a half.

Horribly low quality apartments staffed by swindlers that look to fine and fee their way through your pocket book. Student quarters is an expert in invasion of privacy and failure to follow the terms outlined in the lease. They notify you of a maintance schedule, declairing sometime between 9am and 5pm the week of july 26-july29 maintenance they would be compleating pressure washing the balcony. I'd advise no one to EVER move here.. they charge you with ridiculous charges over absolutely nothing and the apartments are gross enough as it is. Almost every thing was broken when I moved in and still nothing has been fixed. I can't wait to move out of here. Worst decision I have ever made.

This place is a joke, Anyone who decides to rent here is a complete idiot.... They charge you anything andd everything and think they can get say with it, I got charged $350 dollars for my bofriend spending the night with me on occassions! Beware!
