If you have a child that will be attending ETSU in the fall this is your warning. Don't let them move into Student Quarters. Since day one after moving in we have had nothing but problems. They give you a checklist to write stuff down that is broken but never come to fix it. The refrigerator doesn't keep stuff cold and their food spoils so fast. Do not step foot onto this property unless you want to experience gun violence and crime, especially on the weekends. Within one month of renewing my lease there were 2 shootings on two consecutive mornings around 2am. On top of that, there were two people trying to kick down two separate apartment doors and others were jumping on cars and fighting. One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Management was/is horrible. Took a whole month for us to get a new dryer. Moved into the apartment dirty and damage. Now I’m expected to pay for the damages of the previous resident and 2 months of electricity charges. I would not recommend the property to anybody. They just want money and have horrible customer service.

they came to my apartment complex and left hundreds of fliers on people's cars. it is clear that they do not have any respect for other people's things because if they did they would be touching people's cars.

during the covid-19 crisis, the entire establishment has shut down. packages are being held, calls and emails are going unanswered, maintenance isn't being done. The app and chat bot don't even work. I have yet to contact any human being, even when trying to contact the corporation. I had been happy up to this point, but now all I'm getting are no answers and pre-recorded emails making sure I'm still paying my rent. Don't rent here, if things go bad you'll find yourself paying rent to nobody.

If they cared about the people living here as much as they do the people they are trying to get to renew and sign a lease they might be a little better. Maintenance took a month to fix a dryer and my roof is still not fixed in my bathroom from August. When we moved in it was absolutely disgusting and not even livable. My roommates and I took a week straight cleaning everything and the air filter was completely black! The stove had dead bugs on it.
