Price increasing! Make excuses that it is electricity, water, when they haven’t even been staying over the holidays! When first moved in the internet didn’t work!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. DIRTY, UGLY, APARTMENTS! seriously save yourself, head to anywhere else in JC. Checkout University Edge or even Monarch or evergreen. I was charged $731 in move out CLEANING FEES. SQ lost our move in checklist (for all my 3 roommates and I) and then blamed us for it, saying we had not completed the move in checklists to begin with. You pay 12 months rent for an 11.5 month lease term! Yes, it's in the contract that way, but most people, myself included apparently, aren't savvy enough to realize it when signing 46 pages of documentation! I didn't notice until I was about to pay the first month's rent, the full monthly amount, even though I'm not moving in until mid-month. Please DO NOT rent an apartment from these people! They make it seem wonderful, but once they get your money, you are treated like dirt. The management is horrible, maintenance is a joke, and there is no security. My daughter stayed for two nights and discovered her roommates did a lot of drugs. After several visits, complaints, and calls to police, the situation was never resolved. We moved her out after she started receiving very threatening notes from her roommates. Yes I do, but I just got here, and roommates have told me to be careful because there has been some crimes committed lately around the dorms, vandalism of cars, fights and even some gun shootings!

‼️DO NOT LIVE HERE AND DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS LIVE HERE‼️I do not recommend living here to anyone who is looking into renting in Johnson City. The appliances are outdated and the walls and ceilings have mold. You're lucky if your appliances even work. The fridge doesn't work and the washer and dryer don't either. If you're looking to pay extra fees for unknown stuff and pay for things that didn't work before you moved in this is the place for you. The staff and maintenance team are a joke.
