RecommendedThis place is a wonderful opportunity and for the price, it is well worth what you get. The staff were so helpful and gave me and a friend a tour and answered all of our questions to a T. Definitely recommend this to anyone in college looking for a nice, beautiful place to live that is cheaper than a dorm and meal plan.

They were honest and professional and I am pleased with my first experience here at SQ! I highly recommend everyone to check out Student Quarters.
RecommendedI toured there with a few of my friends and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions about fees/prices and they were very knowledgable about all the aspects of the apartments. The price is much better than living on campus, especially with the required meal plan and each person having their own room and bathroom. RecommendedThe office was so incredibly helpful in the process of signing for my lease! All you have to do to tour is go on the website and pick a date and show up! We didn’t have to wait at all and if there ever was a problem with our lease, they called to clear it up. The employees are SO nice and so incredibly helpful! Thank you so much! So excited to live there!

Recommended5 stars Best value for the money bar none! Is it the Ritz Carlton or the Taj Mahal? No. But for the price you pay, you certainly would not expect it to be as nice as it is! In addition, the management and staff are truly top notch!! They’re super nice, high quality individuals who go out of their way to take care of the residents! Seems like every week, the office is doing something to add value. Bottom line, for the money you pay, it just doesn’t get any better than this!
I enjoyed my time there, it was clean when I arrived and I had no issues with anyone at all, Ive actually graduated early and have a lease that goes through December, if anyone would like it, it is currently 425 a month and will save you money

I just signed a lease, and it was so easy!! The experience was great, the leasing manager, Brandon, was very knowledgeable about the pricing, amenities, and benefits of living at Student Quarters. The staff actually cares about you as person and does what they can to make everything work.
Definitely would recommend living here! Timmy gave me a tour, and he was so nice. The apartments are great and so is the staff. �
