Student quarters is fantastic! Timmy Callahan gave me the best tour I've had in a long time! Great place and an even better employee! Hes even letting me move my blue nose Pitbull into my apartment!

Zach was very helpful and the environment was excellent. Its in a very convenient location to campus and the pool and new clubhouse are very nice. Extremely pleased with my experience

I visited a friend who lives at SQ this weekend and wish there were apartments this nice when I was in school. The pool was amazing and the office staff was so friendly. I couldn't believe how nice the interior of the apartment was as well. Very impressed and if you attend ETSU or live in the Johnson City area, you must check them out!
