Student Quarters is well worth what you pay for it. Any issues I had were fixed quickly, and my experience with the staff has been good. Make sure you take good notes on what is damaged before you move in. Other than that, it is a good place to live.

Great place, great people. The staff care about every resident and if you bring a problem to them they will do everything in their power to help you. Loved the people living there as well, made a bunch of new friends and everyone I met was great. I would definitely recommend this being at the top of anyone's list when looking for a place to stay!

Zach is the man!! He hooked me up with an apt and also might've hooked me up with a future girlfriend. I love all the amenities here and I can't wait to start ETSU!

I love the staff at SQ! They're always holding events for residents and are very helpful whenever I have a question. The new renovation look amazing. I have only lived in my apartment for a year and I love it, especially with all the changes!! The staff makes sure you feel like they are only a phone call away. Hands down best housing in Johnson City!
