Two boys at ETSU living at student quarters, one going on 3 years and the other going on 4 years. Both have been very happy with the accommodations. Great Place!, Great location!! And Great office staff!!!

Student Quarters really impressed me. I felt that it was a homely environment and somewhere with enough space to live and a quiet place to study. Furthermore, I am new to Johnson City and was kind've nervous about moving up here but I've already made good friends with my tour guide, Zachary Hasseler. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him on giving tours!!

I was given a tour of the Student Quarters by Zachary Hasseler. I enjoyed my tour and was given great opinions and absolutely loved the apartments I was shown! It was an overall great experience!

The young man who gave me a tour ( I believe his name was Tim) was very helpful and considerate. I am not 100% committed but Tim's knowledge and charm certainly made a great case for Student Quarters

My daughter and I were there last week. Although we did not end up leasing because of roommate issues, the young man that showed us the property was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and was very familiar with the property and Johnson City. I wish my daughter would have leased form Mr. Callahan
