Student Quarters is probably one of the best places to live for students. Its close to campus, downtown, the grocery stores. Additionally, the apartments are wonderful, very spacious! The living room quarters are great for entertaining company too. Personally, I think the staff at SQ is some of the best; they are very pleasant and do an amazing job of accommodating your requests and matching you with a great roommate (they are pretty thorough). All in all, I would encourage anyone to live there.

Hi, i just wanted to exclaim how awesome my experience was there when I toured with Mallory. She was very informative and thorough. She showed me the nice furnished apartments and amenities. Just was well I was excited to see that they're very close to campus like she said. I am hoping to start at ETSU in the fall and if I end up at Heights, it'll certainly be because of the great tour and friendly atmosphere she provided. Thank you so much!

I was skeptical at first but with the help of Napoleon the process of touring the location and signing my lease was very smooth and easy. I can't wait to move in this August!

Student Quarters is great place to live. I have lived here for two years and to this day it has been awesome. The front office is where it starts, they have a great staff that gives you a warm welcoming feeling as soon as you walk through the door. It is also a great place to stop and have causal conversation, along with drinks and snacks to complement. Napoleon, who is our Resident Director, makes the best guac for nacho bar.
