10/10 would recommend. Great place to live! Very convenient and homey! Spoke to Timmy on the phone and he was very helpful! He gave me all the info I needed and gave excellent customer service! Wonderful place and staff!

Student Quarters is pretty nice living for a really low price. It's right behind campus and convenient to everything in Johnson City. I would recommend living here. Zach in the office was very helpful.

I lived at student quarters and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a reasonably priced place near campus. If you are currently looking, Zach in the office was very informed and helpful.

My daughter has been a resident for a little over three years. She is attending ETSU and you can't beat the location. The apartments are spacious, private baths are a plus, washer & dryer help & furnishings are fantastic. The few issues we had were handled immediately by the wonderful staff. Lastly, the grounds and clubhouse amenities and fabulous!

My first few months here have been great, we had a few issues when we first moved in. However, they were resolved within the week that we had them. My leasing agent, was fantastic I called not knowing anything about Student Quarters and whenever I had question he was always there to help me.
