They return calls and emails quickly. I live out of state so they were helpful when small repairs/tasks needed to be done in room. I would recommend to others.

Cleanliness=timely cleaning of floors Food=better preparation, better variety,better,wait staff,and timely service for telephone orders. There is a wide range of activities to chose from.

It's a great place to live. Great food, lots of activities, and people who care. Close to my brothers home, and how good the facility looked and operated.
It’s a very lovely facility the Summit of Park Ridge. It’s a very clean and beautiful environment! They offer very good assisted living services. Lots of activities to do. My mother-in-law is very happy to be there. Her private room is very spacious and it’s nice. We were able to move in all her furniture so she felt more at home.
I am very happy my mom is there. It's a great place with caring staff, lots to do, nice apartments in a great location. Yes I would absolutely recommend

We are VERY happy with Summit of Uptown. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Frequently I will call ahead so they can remind mom to be ready and they are great doing so. Food and portions are ideal as well. Everything is wonderful. Very pleased with our decision to move her here.

I can't speak highly enough about this facility. I feel so blessed that we were able to find such a wonderful place for my husband. They did their best to make it be the closest to being home as possible and succeeded totally. The staff are professional, caring, friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The food is fresh, tasty and varied. The facility is very clean, and again, very homey.
