Questionable follow-thru!!! Although appreciate them doing a fecal test (SVH is not my regular vet), as my pup needed those results to enroll in a nearby training class. Frustrated they didn't listen on multiple occasions: forced to call staff/receptionist three times to get my dog's results faxed to my usual vet. Be reliable, follow-thru!
Some resolution has been made since I posted this earlier and I appreciate the willingness of the staff to try to make things right! I will reconsider my decision regarding leaving there. After being a customer since October, 2014 and having my Golden Retriever groomed several times, we took her in for routine grooming and they shaved her!! They are the absolute rudest supposed professional animal clinic I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with we took our beloved baby Puggle Daisy in because she was on her death bed we didn't have 4k dollars to spend on emergency services so we were turned away! As to make it worse their doctor and prep nurse disrespectfully made rude remarks and had a smug attitude toward us! The worst place I have ever been too the staff that talks down to you and make comments about you when they think you can't hear. They obviously do not care about animals or their owners and only care about making money! They would rather let animals die then provide them with the care to save their lives. I will be sure to let everyone I know never to take their animals here!
Last time I got the dog and cat back after being boarded, the cat had an upper respiratory infection and the dog got hook worms. THAT COST ANOTHER $350 in office visits and medicine for both of them. THANKS FOR THAT. We will find other, CLEANER, boarding arrangements next time, we won't be back.
