I was there 2 weekends in a row. Once with my daughters Lab I was watching. 4 hour wait, $500.00 bill and told he got into THC. Not in my house or yard!!! Fenced yard, and he was never out of my site.� Yesterday was there with one of my cats who was pooping blood. 5 hour wait, $400.00 bill. Exam, blood work, & take home meds. No diagnosis. Everything was normal. They never once acknowledge us, or let us know how much longer it could be. 2 stars because they're an emergency vet location, otherwise, terrible place. Appear to be padding their rating on google with fake reviews. We are at a new vet in Puyallup and having much better treatment for our pups, no insane wait times in the lobby, etc. Wish we had changed vets years ago.

My normal Vet was booked ,so I had too take my baby girl there yesterday . Waited over 3 hrs too be seen ... I can some what understand that part, but what I didn’t agree with is how your ignored by the staff. Wouldn’t hurt if they would keep you updated and let you know that you have not been forgotten. Staff seeed too be more into socializing with one another than really caring about the patients Coming in the door. Once my baby girl was seen I felt like we were rushed out the door. Don’t waste your money. Go to Summit 24 hour instead. There’s also one in Auburn.

Would love a call from the owner!. I can come in any time to discuss a few things that have transpired. 1st time 3 years ago was thrown in my face in front of others, lack of communication on terms of service and plain disrespectful this time around.

3 hour wait to be told 97 for emergency off visit some emergency I waited 3 hours also to be told servers are down and quoted 1500 to do blood work and pull tooth on cat...way overpriced I will drive an hour to my vet thanks for nothing.

Customer service needs work! Took my dog in Tuesday night to have his foot wrapped & Friday night the whole splint & wrap fell off in one piece. I called them Saturday morning to let them know & they wanted to charge me $20-30 to wrap it again! After I had already spent $700.00 taking him in the first time & $200.00 Tuesday night getting it wrapped again. I was surprised that they would rather lose a customer than wrap his foot again for free since it wasn't wrapped correctly the first time!
