My time at Sunrise House was a life-changing experience. It provided me with the necessary tools and foundation to live a life of sobriety and give me a much-needed restart. However, the facility is extremely understaffed causing -- extreme lack of communication, organization and structure at times. While towards the end of my stay, things around here definitely shifted more negatively, I am grateful for everything I experienced here. The good and the bad.
Special recognition to Michelle from the kitchen she is just a compliment to your corporation, to Joe AA man and certainly a big shoutout to Charlie the TA who goes above and beyond
Treatment and accomodations as expected, no real time complaints
I was treated with kindness and understanding. This place has helped me reach my goals for sobriety as well as the knowledge and skills to use outside of here to maintain my sobriety. I love Sunrise House!
Great program with good support staff, councilors and treatment advocates.
The nurses were very caring. My over all experience was good. However there were many gaps in the systems of operation.
