Program is run very well. Group sessions are informative and effective in communicating the value of each topic. The sharing of stories is a highlight of the program.
Excellent and knowledgeable councilors, very helpful staff. The majority of the stay was filled with a variety of topics to help with treatment, only on a few occasions was there lack of communication and planning among staff to coordinate meetings, but they were few and far inbetween. They work with you to let you know your options for aftercare as well to not leave you completely without additional treatment when you are finished
Staff was great, groups were educational, interesting and I learn a lot.
Need more ptsd group and more mental health conversation group. and would like to see a conuseling in a faster time when you walk though the door..
This center was a lifesaver. At all times you feel cared for, emotionally and medically. As you go through withdrawals you know you are being professionally monitored. They provide you with all the tools and support you need, you only have to provide the will to use them.
This place saved my life. It gave me a lot of time to reflect on myself and the decisions I've made in my life that brought me to this point. My "best decision making" got me to rehab. Listening to counselors and my peers at this facility helped me to gain a brand new perspective on myself and what my recovery truly means to me. Thank you Sun Rise House
Very caring staff, unfortunately it seems that it is also incredibly understaffed and that's where I think the patients suffer the most. Rarely a bad experience from staff to client, and I believe with a bit more help, this could be a top facility for treatment.
