I will NOT recommend the Surprise Ford Service Department to anyone. My experience started with a sales person that did not follow through and the service department flat out refusing to repair the recall on my vehicle. After giving the service department two more chances, my mistake, I will move on to another dealership.

Poor customer service. Inspection cannot be trusted. Took my vehicle to another dealership a month later and they found multiple issues that should have been caught when the inspection was done during my oil change.

Ford did absolutely nothing to fix my camera recall issue. Told me it was fixed and the very next day the camera was still out.

Had an appointment for my vehicle, part had to be ordered, was told would take about 1 week to get part, has been almost 6 weeks, waiting for Dealership to call for installation of ordered part, timeline not acceptable!

I had a oil change i made my appointment at 930 am waited for 2 hours to long for an oil change next time I well take it some were eles but I know I'm not the only costumer and I payed 100 for this to be done to much.

Dropped my 2019 Fusion Hybrid off for a recall service. It was "simple" matter of installing an upgrade to the Sync system. Should have taken 1 or 2 hours, max. I had an appointment, so they knew I was coming. This update took them a day and a half to complete. Poor service performance (delays in getting a customer service rep to speak to, long wait times for a simple oil change, mediocre communication (status updates), etc.) make this a poor choice for auto service. My regular service advisor was not in. I change the oil every 5000 miles which means I personally pay for every other oil change with my service agreement, that reads every 7K to 10K miles, which I believe is too many miles between oil changes. My mileage on 12/26/2025 was 25,336 per my Senergy Petroleum invoice for that date. The tech. put my mileage at 27340 in, which I believe, order for MPP to pay the bill.
