They had my truck for 2 weeks and kept ordering the wrong part. No one say they messed up.

Horrible communication. Vehicle oil label to go in window was filled out with a sharpie. Slow service. Definitely not customer service oriented. I will not be going back. I've given them 3 years. They keep getting worse.

They damage my car brought it back with oil smugs all over it drove it over 200 miles Left it on empty. Had to bring it back twice to have the new PCM replaced and program and cleaned twice and it still looked bad water spots everywhere windows with smears all over. The service tec Zack said that he brought his car in and they did the same and he works there. They put the wrong info on carfax on why my car was there. Worse experience would never go back to Sirprise Ford.

Did not tell me I needed to "Drive the car more to avoid ruining the battery", which is the comment I would get from the service manager at the other dealership.

Truck is new with failures in ac. They had no loaner vehicles and this is my only transportation.

The mechanic obviously didn't know how to do his job.quoted me a price of $11000.00 to replace my transmission when I fixed the problem myself for $35.00 plus he wanted to replace a motor mount that does not need to be replaced plus a couple hundred dollars for a coolant reservoir. Ford needs to admit to their screw up with the Ford focus 2012 thru 2019 models and fix the problem with more than the so called transmission programming problems.
