The recall work took 5gouts vs the usual 2 hours normally.
Couldn't even rotate tires correctly
I was losing air in one of my tires and asked the service advisor to see if they could check the tire while they were rotating tires. They told me that they didn't find anything and just tightened the valve stem. I then took it to a tire shop because it was still losing air. There was a screw on the inside of the tire which means they did not look at the tire and told me they couldn't find anything. Which get me wondering what else they said they did but didn't do. Bad way to get repeat customers. I will not be going back

Salesperson was Friendly. The vehicle I called to Buy was sold to an out of town entity who was supposed to be there yesterday, but did not show - allegedly. I believe it was a Bait-and-Switch, It was aptly named - "Surprise ... Chevrolet!"
Two hours (with an appointment!) for an oil change is unacceptable!!!
It was the worst experience that I've ever had buying a car. We loved Faith but the finance guy was awful. Instead of telling us the truth if they could do the deal we wanted or not they just kept stringing us along. It took 3 times as long as it should have. Not a happy car owner.

It took approximately two hours to install new tires with an appointment. From previous experience with changing out tires this was a very long time. Also, the installer left the blue die on the tires instead of at least washing the die off.
