Had an online service appointment for 12. Noon. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told it would take 2-3 hours for 5000 mile service and we would receive a phone call when ready for pickup. Had not heard anything so at 3:30 so we drove back to Surprise Ford and the car was still not ready. Maybe in 30-45 minutes. We could not wait as we had another scheduled thing. They said we could come back Saturday morning then. All this for an oil change service???!!!!
Not sure why Zaktec application takes 4 hours ..
Took 6 hours for an oil change and simple recall fix.
Right rear window wouldnt roll up. It took 1 1/2 days to install parts that were in stalk.
