The 50K service was done satisfactorily. However, I forgot that I had the 50K service done last year and Surprise Ford service rep did not tell me that, even though my Ford Edge service records is in their computer system. I am very disappointed that with this oversight.

50K service was good. Took car back for 15% off drive belt(s) replacement. The replacement went well, but somewhere in the shop they ran over a small automotive screw. Fortunately, the screw was not long enough to penetrate passed the tread. So, the tire did not need fixing for a leak. Even so, the service area needs to be kept free of debris such as this screw.

TOOK 2013 EXPLORER IN FOR 55K SERVICE AND TO FIX OIL LEAK. AFTER GETTING VEHICLE HOME, NOTICED MORE OIL STAINS ON GARAGE FLOOR. TOOK VEHICLE BACK TODAY TO (HOPEFULLY) FIX THE LEAK.
