My service person, Joe H, was great in trying to get my trucks computer updated. The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly, the BCM update took 5 days. The problem came when Ford technical services was not able to provide a simple update through their computer. It takes 10-20 minutes to load new software into my home computer and 5 days for Ford to update a processor. There is no reason, unless the BCM is broken, that software updates should take more than a few minutes. The software needs to be readily available an... read more
