"first oil change" I've always been pleased with the service from Sutherlin Nissan. I'm on my second car from this dealership. I haven't had any problems.
"Door Handle Repaird" I had gone for an oil change about a week prior to this service, at which time I explained to Grace Ellington that I was having an issue with my driver side door handle. As the car was being serviced, Grace explained to me the problem, and she informed me that she would order the necessary part and contact me just as soon as it was delivered to the shop. "Not quite the usual standard" The service advisor, Gary Smith, was friendly and professional and wrote up the order promptly. However, the drive-up attendant did not put a paper floor mat or plastic seat cover in my car before taking it into the service area. I noticed the same thing for the next couple of customers after me. There were plenty of mats and covers available in the drive-up area, but were not being provided. "Great Experience " I was originally there to look at a 2014 Nissan Rogue I seen online but they had a slight hiccup with the vehicle. They were very apologetic about it promised to make right what went wrong. Both Nesrin and her manager assured me that I would be taken care of for the mishap to which they both lived up to. I ended up with a 2016 Nissan Rogue with all the amenities I love! "Great Service " As usual I received great service. The wok was completed in a timely manner. Everyone were so nice and helpful. Sherry always insure that I am kept abreast on what’s being done.
"Service" Always very professional and go out of their way help you. I love the neat and clean environment. Love the little snacks and coffee and water.
"Oil change " I always get the best treatment when my car gets serviced. I’m greeted immediately by Brooks and Mr. Jim. My car is completed in a timely manner with excellent quality.
"Pleasurable Experience" The gentlemen, Philip and Quinton, were very patient and listened to what I wanted. They worked very hard at making me happy and smiling in the end. Mr. Kim ended up being the cherry on top of it all with his relaxed demeanor.
