"Car Serviced" I was able to get an appointment when needed. The associate that I worked with was very personable and welcoming. All fast and efficient. I have been pleased with the service since I bought the car.

"Excellent customer service" I really like this dealership. I live in Gwinnett, but drive to the Mall of Georgia because this is a better dealership with better customer service. We purchased our Nissan here several years ago after traveling to several Nissan dealers. Sutherlin offered the best deal, and had the perfect car in stock. We have been very pleased with the customer service every time we have been here. This dealership really cares about its customers.
"It was quick" Never experience service for oil change within less than 30 min. The guy help me out was cool but I don't remember his name. Overall, great service.
"first oil change" I've always been pleased with the service from Sutherlin Nissan. I'm on my second car from this dealership. I haven't had any problems.
"Door Handle Repaird" I had gone for an oil change about a week prior to this service, at which time I explained to Grace Ellington that I was having an issue with my driver side door handle. As the car was being serviced, Grace explained to me the problem, and she informed me that she would order the necessary part and contact me just as soon as it was delivered to the shop.
