"Justin was amazing!" Justin was the gentlemen that assisted me yesterday during my service. He was very kind and is certainly an asset to this dealership. He was the only service representative that handled my appointment with a smile and a great attitude. There needs to be more like him!
"Always great service" I purchased my Altima back in 2012 and have been a service client for our 3 Nissans (Altima, Rouge and Sentra) since then. Highly recommend Southerlin for their professionalism and courteous service. Brooks always provides good advice on how to keep my car in optimum performance. The service here is the reason I keep buying Nissans.
"Trust these guys with your investment" The repair I needed done was quick and with a trusted hand. I will say however, the inspection afterwards was a little off compared to my service I had done 10 days prior to the repair. I was ensured that each technician rates differently based on how they view critical statuses on service. For example my brake lining went from 7mm to 5mm in 10 days according to my service report.
