"Always great service" I purchased my Altima back in 2012 and have been a service client for our 3 Nissans (Altima, Rouge and Sentra) since then. Highly recommend Southerlin for their professionalism and courteous service. Brooks always provides good advice on how to keep my car in optimum performance. The service here is the reason I keep buying Nissans.
"Trust these guys with your investment" The repair I needed done was quick and with a trusted hand. I will say however, the inspection afterwards was a little off compared to my service I had done 10 days prior to the repair. I was ensured that each technician rates differently based on how they view critical statuses on service. For example my brake lining went from 7mm to 5mm in 10 days according to my service report. "2019 Altima" Great experience. No pressure very helpful good deal. Had special circumstances and Larry and Lydale were very helpful. We were replacing a car that was a total loss from an accident. The team helped us work through the issues

"Quick and Easy......no hassle" Salesman and staff made my purchase almost painless. I was not pressured nor shown anything I didn't walk in looking for. I was clear with what I needed and wanted to spend.......2 hrs. later I was driving away in my new car.
"Routine maintenance" Great service short wait, friendly comfortable environment. I believe your survey is counter productive by requirement word limit defeats the purpose and deter from completing future reviews
