"UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER ON ESTIMATED TIME" I SCHEDULED A "LAST MINUTE" OIL CHANGE. GOT IN RIGHT AWAY. THEY ESTIMATED 1 HOUR AND COMPLETED IN 45 MINUTES. AS ALWAYS, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT.
"Quick and amazing " Quick and amazingly great. The tech took the car and got it fixed in less time than estimated. Nissan service center is def a good place. I am not sure on cost rating, as I was covered under warranty.
"Service visit" Sherry is always the person I talk with and set up my appointments for service. She is excellent and always concerned of my automobile needs.
"By Far the Best Dealership Ive experiences " I’ve gone to many dealerships such as AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Ga, Hayes and Akins. Each time I go to a dealership I say my price range, what I can afford and what I absolutely can not afford. At all three dealerships listed above, I am ALWAYS pressured to buy something I can not afford. I am also always pressured into getting something I do not want. "Professional" Gary Smith was very courteous and professional. He made sure that the service of my 2018 Altima was handled expeditiously and was detailed in communication of future needs of my vehicle and did not push to sell something extra.
"Luxury cars and great service!" I got an amazing deal on a 2018 Nissan Sentra at an amazing price. The sales team helped find a great car for a small family. 10/10 would go back whenever I need a new car!
"Amazing Product Knowledge and Patience with Indecisive Buyer" We lucked up on Sutherlin Nissan because it had the largest selection of the type of vehicle we were looking for, but it turns out, the real good fortune came when we met our salesperson, Cass.
