"Sale lost to Discount Tires" I brought my car in to have a vibration checked, thinking I needed an alignment. We had just returned from a trip to Florida. During that time we noticed this vibration which got much worse at high speeds. It was discovered that a large piece if rubber was missing from the center if the left rear tire. "Car broke down in less than 24 hours" I got a used car from them and in less than 24 hour it had broke down. They charged a 1200+ pre inspection fee that obviously wasn't done. No one was has been helpful, a manager hasn't contacted me, they said they didn't have access to a loaner car or even offer to get me home after the car was towed. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. They don't take care of costumers, they're not reliable or helpful, and just want to take your money
"Not honoring their website or sticker in the window" Ram i is a honest man and a good salesman. The sticker in the window states that it had the cargo package and we asked Bill to honor that. He said that it was not part of the package as it was listed on CarGurus. I looked at their website and sticker from the window and both state cargo package was included with the car. "Okay Customer Service / Questionable Mechanical Repair" I was in this area for a family gathering and was heading back to Virginia. I brought my new, used Rogue SL (owned it for 1 week) in to have the moon roof drain lines cleaned out because it was leaking inside my car. When I called that morning, I was told that I did not need an appt but I could bring my car in and wait for it, that this would only take one hour. "New car purchase" Travis took us to meet the service manager as well as explaining the features of our new Murano, he was showing us the videos about the car but we did not finish because the credit manager came to get us.
"Unhappy with service did not do express inspection " I am a senior citizen 88 years old and live alone. I have no one to check my car. I bring it in for service annually. It has very low mileage less than 13,000 miles and 4 years old. I purchased a security plus extended warranty protection plan when I bought the car. It is still under warranty. "Maintainance ,oil change " Everything was good ,only disappointed that my package I bought wit vehicle only covers oil changes ,had to pay separate for all the cabin filters etc and this package is tied into my monthly payments ,would not of bought it if I knew ,the salesman talked me into how good it was it’s kind of a ripoff will not purchase again in future if I buy a Nissan . "Recall notification" Initial visit was to address recall notice. Also asked to have a tire looked at for possible nail. Told the nail hole was not able to be patched and we needed to buy a new tire. My wife was not shown the tire and therefore put in a position of buying a new tire or risk a hazard on the road. After buying the tire, was told we also needed an alignment. "Unnecessary services recommended" I recently took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not 15 minutes after I dropped my car off I received a text recommending several additional services, including an alignment, brake fluid change, transmission fluid change, etc. I recently put new tires on the car and had it aligned and the brake fluid changed as part of a brake job, so I know for a fact that these services are NOT necessary.
