"Oil change" I had an appointment for a regular oil change. Thinking this would take 30-45 minutes at most, ended up taking close to 2 hours. Unfortunately, the communication wasn't there, explaining why it has taken so long. Understanding my situation better, after finding out the reason for the delay. Thanks
"Airbag repair" Service was good but it was just too expensive. The passenger side airbag warning light stayed on and it cost $3000.00 to repair it. I will never recommend taking a vehicle to the dealer for repair if it can be avoided..
"Pric8ng" It was a little strange as I was told $39.99 but when I went to pay they wanted $62.00. I told them that Sutherlin send me a coupon along with the appointment and showed it, they did drop the price to $48.99, I paid it but told them at the desk to honor what they say. In regards to service they are second to none.
"Oil Change" Service was good but price is way too high. . Wont go for an oil change again. Tha is all I have to say about it.
"Great people skills. OK service" The customer care was great. everyone very friendly. The other services could use some upgrading. The guy that is charge of washing the cars needs to stay on top of his cleaning crew. It was awful. The first time it was completely overlooked and not done which was paid for. The second go around the inside seats were full of crumbles & dirt & the top of my car had an itch worth of dirt on it. I was told that it settled overnight. "I needed a new battery " I had several issues where my car would not start up for a couple of days it would start up shut off I brought it to the dealership to get checked and I was told that I needed a new battery.
"Juan dropped the ball" Juan, the service guy called to let me know the work/cost of my seatbelt repair. That was great. Then, I never heard from him. Every other time I’ve come for service in the past 4 years, I get a call telling me my car was ready. I ran errands and was just hanging out in the area... waiting.
