"Undecide" Well I was still upset because I had to return back to the dealership because I asked for air to be put into my tired and it wasn't done
"Tire rotation" I checked my tire pressure before and after. It was exactly the same in the exact positions. My tires needed air, but got none. Disappointed.

Went in for oil change, service that was purchased at the time of purchasing my vehicle and was told that I needed to pay and that they(the service department) didn't see in their system that I purchased a prepaid maintenance service. "Only ok service" I had a problem with my car the other day and this was the closest dealership to me. I made an appointment online and showed up to drop off my car only to find that the service team had already gone home for the day. I made the appointment thinking that someone was going to be able to look at my car at that time. "purchase of pre-owned vehicle" Service was slow, not happy with finance department. Would not allow me to finance less than $7k. And would not allow my son to pay for car. But I’m happy with the car
"Services performed" Although the service department failed to reset the maintenance settings in my vehicle and also forgot to give me an updated reminder sticker for next date of service, Grace performed great!
"CPO Purchase" Purchased a Certified Armada on 7/17/19, only one key. Thorough detail and 2nd key requested. Picked up 7/19/19, not detailed. Still waiting to hear about the second key...
"Inadequate " My experience was a bit confusing. I took my vehicle there on 7/19 to be serviced. I was told at the end of the service check I would hv to pay $67 for a half hour + $39 for a air filter I agreed to get changed. I wasn’t charged anything at checkout, I was told by Gary not to worry about the $39 ( his words “it’s just $39”). I went back on 7/23 to get the updated harness put on which included part of deductible at $100 to replace with my extended warranty.
