"Routine Service Visit" I made an appointment for the 15,000 service. The appointment happened the next morning. I was in a hurry because of another appointment that morning. I had the car there on time and waited. I was told it would be ready in an hour and it was ready within the hour and I was on my way. I appreciate the quick service.
"The problem still not fix " From beginning i hove the problem with bet odor of antifreeze. They try fix it but cannot find any problem.The last time they just wash the car like the dog, and the odor still coming
"Service" Had to replace Starter. Resurface rotors, replace spark plugs and fuel cleaning. Good service as always. Got me right in as I had to get it towed.
"Nearly failed to redeem themselves " This review is a two parter written about a week apart: My husband and I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle a week ago from Sutherlin. "Nothing but Lies" We were looking at two vehicles, a 2018 Pathfinder 2WD with 6,400 miles and a 2018 Pathfinder 4WD with 35,000 miles. Vinh Tran was our salesman and he told us that the one with 6,400 miles was out of our price range ( I told him what our price range was). The day after the sale I was curious and went online to see what the one with 6,400 miles was listed for and it was the same starting price as the one we purchased. "Did they really do the work?" I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires and the wiper fluid was bone dry. I do not have confidence the oil was actually changed and the recall was fixed properly. No one called to tell me the car was ready just an email and text that a bunch of other services were needed. Last two times for tire rotation Inhad flat tires immediately after service. They had to replace one of the spot. I bought the service package but treat me like I am getting something free.
"Lies..." I was looking at two 2018 Pathfinders LXs. One was FWD with 6,400 miles and the other was 4WD with 34,500 miles. We were looking at a specific monthly cost for our budget, and we told the salesman (Vinny Tran) that we were wanting mainly low mileage, but give me the costs of both Nissans. "Excellent Service Despite Rude Employee" I have had two major services performed on my car in the past 3 months at Sutherlin Nissan. Both times, the Service Department employees have gone above and beyond in working with me to provide me a level of assurance in recommending the propet services for my car. My biggest complaint has been dealing with the checkout person, Deanna. . She has been extremely rude to me on both occasions. "Cost of Repairs/Parts" I was shell shocked by the price of the parts and labor that Sutherlin charges. When I asked the mechanic (Wayne) about the price to replace a rear mudflap, to the cost of $200 his reason was and I quote, " Mr Sutherlin needs to get paid along with himself and all the employees that work there. I did not inquire about what labor costs per hour. The last time i was there it was $110.00/hour if it has gone higher than that. I would not recommend your services.
