"2016 Nissan Rogue starting issue" Presented my 2016 Nissan Rogue to Will in service with a failure to start issue. The service department then evaluated the problem and eliminated the possible causes until they located the issue as a dead battery.

"You guys are good but could be better" There were several cars on your website that were not on the lot. Vinh told us that it takes a few days to remove a car once it's sold. With today's technology, this should be done within seconds unless it's a trick just to get people on the lot. After finally negotiating a deal, it took an hour and twenty minutes (+ me having to complain about the wait) before we could get back to finance. "Just a look through " Had a good tour of the service department. Nothing to use the service department for yet. Will have to wait until it’s needed for any reason.

"Somewhat disappointed " Had to have a few things serviced on my car, as I was about to leave and cashier was going over services, my wheel alignment was not mentioned...had to wait an additional 39 min.for that to be done. My service rep was not feeling well so it may have slipped his mind. Also as a woman I feel that the fluids in car should be checked and topped off...just as a courtesy especially for the female customers if not all!

"Internet Sales Manager Declined Request to work w/ us." We came into dealership knowing exactly which car we wanted to purchase. There was no “sales” needed or required. We asked for the Internet sales manager, Sean Romelus. Although friendly, Sean declined our request to work directly with him, without a sales person involved. "Shady Practices " I just don’t like the way they operate and I am becoming less happy with my purchase as the days go by. Drove for two hours to get my “new” used truck and everything seemed fine at first. The truck drove nice, it looked nice and the carpets were very clean. "Charge for floor mats " We worked with Mark Roselle and rate him VERY highly. However, we were very clear about the purchase decision process (including the matter of price) and the day we came in to notify y’all of our decision to choose the Rogue over the Kia Sportage we were told the price you gave us did not include floor mats and another $700 was added to the “firm” price given the day before. "Buying a used vehicle. " We bought a used truck from Sutherland Nissan and the advertised was not the real price. There was $1000+ added for dealer costs that also covered a warranty. When I picked up my truck, the warranty paperwork was not given to me. I had to call repeatedly to get the paperwork needed to register the vehicle for the warranty. I have now had the truck for a couple of months and anticipate needing the warranty. Called dealership for details of how to use warranty and manager refused to talk to me. No one... read more
