"Good service" Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia took care of my oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, and engine filter change. They are higher price, but it was convenient to take care of the service there. They enabled me to drop my car off early, and it was ready on time.

"Oil Change" Had an appointment at 4:15 for my first oil change. Was told it would take approximately an hour and was actually done in 30 minutes! Great first experience.

"Not too long a wait" oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotation - plus car wash - about 90 minutes. This dealership really needs to update the customer waiting area. The arms of the chairs are so dirty and nasty you don't want to touch them.

"I went in for a routine oil change. But needed filters...." I went in for a routine oil change. But needed filters. It took over 2 hrs. From my appointment time but Sherry cut me a little discount for the wait. Car is doing good.

"Paint problem " I had paint pealing off a cover on my car. They popped the cover off to repaint it. I received a call a couple days later from Sherry to say they would replace it with a new cover. Went back to the dealership. Sherry called a service person and he put it on. It was quick and easy. i even scheduled a oil change while I was there.

"Good Service, no doubt." The service is good but this car is 26 months old and the battery should had been under warranted if anything it should had been pro rated just like the one you just put in. It is all a profit convinience.
"Sherry Hosch is rude" I usually receive great service but Sherry was awful. She was too busy eavesdropping on another service consultant to listen to what I wanted. My car needed more service but she "assumed" I didn't want it since I didn't want some other services discussed when I first dropped the car. She didn't ask me if I wanted the extra service and was going to send me out without getting it done. Then expected me to come back another time to get it done.
