PennyMac was wonderful from beginning to end of my refinance. The staff communicated efficiently and answered all of my questions. They made the process a breeze.
Suzanne made the experience better. Unfortunately one question on the survey asked if I would refer Penny Mac to others. I answered yes because I know this survey is about Suzanne. In actuality I would not refer anyone to Penny Mac. 95% of the process was just embarrassing on your part. If you want some good training please listen to ALL of the recorded calls from several of your advisors. I was kept informed every step of the way.
Most likely it was not the doing of Suzanne, however, updated closing docs during the process almost never reflected the actual $$ amounts from conversations. Seemed as if you all were trying to slip “ items” unnoticed and your appraisal fee was very questionable from someone who’s has refinanced enough to know better. The attention to detail on the closing docs was not correct at the time of closing and your “notary” had to step in to correct your missteps. You all could have done much better than attempting to add on fees ... read more
