seamless process and Suzanne was great.
Better communication between all of the parties that were helping with the loan. There were some confusion it seems and one person saying one thing, yet the other person was unaware of the conversation or agreement. We were told to pay or mortgage for the previous loan, which we were told we would receive that money back. We did not receive the money back and our loan was paid in full 3 days after paying the mortgage payment.
