Thank you Suzanne for guiding me through loan process. You answered all the questions I had in a prompt mater.
I started the loan in January and didn’t close until late April. For someone with a 815 credit score and $260k in equity and also currently have my existing loan with Penny Mac. I had to jump through a lot of hoops and had to deal with a drawn out process just to get a 50k cash out. I have never experienced such a unprofessional process. If this is how PennyMac does business. I will not be recommending PennyMac to anyone.
