You need to have an assigned loan officer working on the loan and that officer should answer calls from the customer instead of having multiple people working on the case.
Outstanding Service and Professionalism from PennyMac
Easy process. Closed a little later than expected but still happy with the whole process!! Everyone we worked with answered any questions we had and stayed in contact with us on what was going on.
There were a few glitches, but they were handled well.
I believe it was because I was already a customer with you guys. It made the process easier for the both of us.

Suzanne did a wonderful job. She called weekly just for check-ins whether there were updates or not. She promptly returned phone calls and answered every question that i had, or found out the information and got back to me. She handled the issues we had with the title companh not showing up seamlessly. She is an excellent employee. If i had to refinance again i woild make sure she was part of the process. PROMOTE IMMEDIATELY!!
