I am a current client of this provider I have many needs and I feel abandoned. The blame has been shifted to me. They could have done everything I listed above, including sending adequately trained people. They have sent me caregivers who are terrified of dogs and I own a dog. I've had caregivers want to come and sit and collect the pay. When I was finally assigned a good caregiver, she was reassigned to another position. I am a past client of this provider If we had had the money, we could have worked it out to get the best match for him. We didn't get the best match. There wasn't really anything wrong with it, but it didn't justify the cost. I would recommend them surely, it just varies depending on who I'd recommend them to.
