I am a current client of this provider SYNERGY HomeCare does not do what I want. The services need to be here more often and have better caregivers to help.

I am a past client of this provider If someone needs more home care, SYNERGY HomeCare would be a great company for them, but if you don't need care that extends longer then three hours then it's better not to have them. I would like to have shorter times scheduled for the caregivers instead of the three hour block. I think one hour would suffice in our case.

I am a past client of this provider The caregiver didn't do the job he was supposed to do. He was supposed to help my loved one with bathing and he never did. He just talked on his cell phone and watched TV.

I am a past client of this provider THIS IS THE BEST IN HOME CARE PROVIDER THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF HIRING TO HELP WITH MY GRANDMOTHER. I am a past client of this provider April, 2014: I had two certified nurse's aides from Synergy. 1) made personal phone calls relating to other patient illnesses while in my home, as well as calls pertaining to personal home foreclosure arrangements. 2) disregarded my explicit instructions and attempted to get my mother with dementia into the shower, and upset & panicked her to the point that I needed to call a neighbor to intercede until I could arrive home. However, we understand sometimes there may be urgent calls that an employee may have to take. If that were to happen, we expect our employees to make sure the call is completed quickly, and the client is taken care of and safe. I am a past client of this provider Synergy Homecare kept giving me all young ones that know nothing and didn't want to do anything. The caregivers just upset me. They wouldn't do anything but text message all the time. They even embarrassed me in my doctor's office. They went in the office with me and had their cellphones on.
