I am a current client of this provider When Synergy's care givers show up for their scheduled shift, they've been generally fine. I have an elderly couple they're helping and they've done well. The reason for the 2 star review is they have proven to be very unreliable. It's a significant problem with this company. Many times the care givers have not shown up for their shifts, which makes it hard to leave a loved on in their care as they so often are left to fend for themselves. I am a current client of this provider Synergy caregivers are very cordial and knowledgeable. The office staff is difficult at best to work with. The scheduling of caregivers is based on what the office staff wants. Patient requests are generally ignored.

I am a current client of this provider They are supposed to make the bed, clean the kitchen and bathroom. Only one of them does that. Tammy is excellent. They should listen to what I tell them when I call.

I am a past client of this provider The hardest thing was the inconsistency in those that came over. We had to train someone every time they walked in the door, they didn't know where anything was. There is no way I would trust my enemies with them, it was an awful experience. There were too many different caregivers.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver isn't helping me a bit and I don't know what I'm paying her for. They haven't been helpful at all. The other day, I just a got a girl from SYNERGY who I don't want back again. She tried to get me to buy her something. I wanted her help and she didn't do that.

I am a current client of this provider It takes a load off of me. They need to keep up what they have been doing. They should get organized in the front office. They have too many bosses in the office and no one knows what is going on.

I am a past client of this provider They did not hire anybody to interact or do anything. It was more of a headache. I had a dog. They put down that I had a dog, but one of the ladies would not step a foot in the house. Alicia called and apologized that it was her fault, but it said on my files that I have a dog.
